VOLUNTEER AT A BLOOD DRIVE

Canteer Volunteers - observe donors after donation for reactions, serve refreshments, schedule donor for next appointment. You are not required to treat donor upon any reactions, only report to nurse in charge. Requirements: like talking to people, able to work 3 to 4 hours shifts, good writing skills.
Greeter - check eligibilty of donors when they arrive at blood drive, provide current required reading materials. Requirement: able to work 6 hour shift (or less).
Walker - at larger mobiles walk donors from donation area (beds) to canteen table. Requirement: Be able to support a donor in case of reaction. Able to work 3 hour shifts.
Driver - deliver, set-up and pickup canteen supplies for blood drives. Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs. Available once or twice a month. Good driving record.
